Our product will not only keep your business flow running smoothly but it will help on all aspects of running your office. We also include our new ticket tracking support system so you will never feel far from answers to all you support questions.
When first opened, you see a quick summary of your work. Easily moving through your day seeing labs, prescription refill requests, messages from other physicians and staff, this keeps you well informed and makes it easy to set your priorities for the day, with contents and summary of the patient’s charts at your finger tips. These are both customizable. Many specialty specific templates are already available and may be further customized to meet the needs of each practice. This customization may be done by either MPM representatives or by the practice itself. Along the top of the screen, there are buttons to access other areas of the system, e.g. past documents, patient billing, orders, prescriptions, lab results, etc.
Data may be input into the EMR several ways. Most physicians elect to use a wireless, hand-held device with touch screen technology. This makes it fast and easy to select values from the customizable choice lists. To further increase the speed of data entry, the physician can use pre-defined “Normals” or copy the information from the patient’s last visit.
Our system is IPAD compatable. One included with each purchase.
Our product meets all CCHIT requirements of 2010-11. An internal mapping of our product features CCHIT 2010-2011 requirements list has concluded that it not only meets CCHIT compliance requirements but has many features and capabilities beyond the CCHIT requirements.
